The best place on the internet to find information on APA formatting and style (especially in regards to citation) is the Purdue OWL.

Much of the most-pertinent information is available in that guide. For more specific or in-depth information, however, you'll need to review the latest print edition of the APA Style Guide, which should be available in just about any library, public or academic. Printed copies are certainly available at the Library.
